Yurchenko Igor Mikhailovich

бездомнім помощь

We apologize right away for the unpleasant photo. Yes, it’s gangrene.

The indifferent local resident called us yesterday and asked to come and help this man.

Today we came and here is what he told us …

His name is Igor Yurchenko, born in 1979. He lived with his father all his life, looking after him.

But his sister persuaded the father to make her the owner of his apartment and when father died, she threw Igor out on the street using police force.
It happened a year and a half ago.

Igor has been playing soccer for almost 20 years in different teams of small cities of Ukraine. For the last three years he worked as a fish sales manager at Flagman store. But as soon as he was on the street, he also lost his job.

“Two months ago, my right leg was amputated. The leg began to rot, it is unclear why. It can be the infection or diabetes…”

Now it affected the left hand. Surgeons from Chervony Khutir told Igor that it is too early to have surgery.
We agreed with Igor that we will take him to the shelter after the surgery.

Igor moves on the trolley and lives near the Furshet on Verbitsky St. or at the ATB on the Str. Dekabrystiv 2a.
If you live somewhere nearby, bring him something to eat.

Igor does not drink or smoke.
