Need the help of a lawyer …
The day before yesterday they brought to us Shmelev Nikolay Vasilevich born in 1957.
Former police officer and now almost two years actually homeless.
According to him, he has an ex-wife and sons who do not let him home and in every way mock him – they can pick up his passport and not give it until he brings a part of his pension, swearing and constantly insulting.
Lives on acquaintances when allowed for a couple of days and mostly on entrances.
Can one of the lawyers help us understand this situation?
