Born in 1974 (44 years old).
Originally from Khmelnytskyi region, he has lived almost all his life in Vinnytsia.
About 10 years ago, he moved to Kyiv with his wife to make some money.
Together they were engaged in repair of apartments.
One day something happened, and his wife had lost her mind.
She became very aggressive and was taken to a psychoneurologic dispensary.
For some time, Andrii had lived by himself, then fell ill with the pre-cancerous ulcer and a part of his stomach was removed. After the hospital it was difficult for him to work, but for some time Andrii was still went on working. He could no longer make repairs and became an employee responsible for metal receiving.
Then his documents were stolen and he had a stroke, after which the legs collapsed, and Andrii became disabled.
He had lived in a forest in a tent for one year, near the garages, not far from his previous work. He was fed by the security guards.
In this period there appeared bedsores on his body.
He realized that he would not be able to survive this winter.
In the first place, he needs to have some assistance in having his passport re-issued, to apply for disability benefits.
Andrii wants to live and is asking for help, because the state will not do it.

He also needed to be consulted by the neuropathologist, who would be able:
-to examine him
-to give him referrals for tests
-to prescribe medications
