He did not remember his name, surname or his birthdate. Igor behaved like retarded person.
He was brought to us by the kind person who met Igor at Obolon’ Kiev district.
We helped him to take a bath, get clean clothes and provided necessary rest.
Couple days later Igor recalled his address and we brought him there. Igor’s brother and his family live there. They have three kids 3 to 9 y.o.
Igor’s brother says he that Igor tend to run away from home and they do not know how to help him.
Igor says that brother’s family chase him out of the house, refusing to let him stay and sleep there.
We have explained Igor’s brother and his wife that if they will do it again, we will come with the police. They seem to get the point.
