We finally got Andrey’s passport made!!!
Again, we had to make a long road trip to Bershad, Vinnytsya oblast, more than 300 km away from Kyiv.
Again, we had a heartwarming meeting with his Mom… and a meeting with the horrible Ukrainian roads. Kristy Kristy probably still has nightmares about that road 
We thank Yevhenii Polozyuk for giving us a ride in his car, for the time and effort and for the interesting conversations we had!
Our next step is:
Getting Andrey re-registered in Kyiv, obtaining disability status and the relevant social allowance.
