Today, we took
to the Administrative Services Center and to the Passport Office again.
At the Administrative Services Center, we received a document stating that there were no entries about him at the given place of registration. Besides, we were told that at the end of the 1990s (right when he was registered at a dormitory, there were a lot of scams with illegal residence registrations, that is why a lot of factual data never made it to the archives. In short, they redirected us to the Passport office.
At the Passport Office, we had to wait for a long time as they were looking for his data. Then, their chief (a kindly soul) said that there was no data in Podilsky district, but he would send a request to other Passport Offices of Kyiv on Tuesday. The results are expected to arrive on Tuesday afternoon.
